Chartered Accountant, Chartered Secretary and
Administrator. Mr. Cunningham has extensive experience in accounting and finance having served at senior executive levels in international and local companies. He presently serves as Chairman of the Fund and is the General Manager of a local company. His career path has lead him to serve as Director on a number of Boards including a state owned corporation.

Winfield S Outten is a Businessman, he  obtained an Associates of Arts Degree from the College of the Bahamas in Banking & Finance, he also obtained a Bachelors Degree in Management and Accounting from Nova Southeastern University.

Winfield spent 7 years in banking. In 1998 he started his own business.  He is a founding member of the Small Business Association of the Bahamas where he served as President.  He is a former director of BAIC and the Bahamas Contractors Association.  Winfield is also a sitting director of a few other companies in Grand Bahama, Nassau, Nicaragua and Belize.

Brandon Major, born and raised in Nassau, Bahamas. Graduated with honors from Kingsway Academy Highschool. After graduating, Brandon went on to study Computer Science and Marketing at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.  Brandon then travelled to International Business school, Webber International University to complete his undergraduate, graduating Cum Laude from WIU in Central Florida and received the Communication Award (Top 3 Students in his Graduating Class).  An Academic All-American and collegiate athlete, Brandon has a passion for sports and education. He went on to work in many different areas in Marketing including entrepreneurship ventures, music, retail, entertainment, theme parks, sports, real estate, hospitality, and insurance. Brandon Major is a Chartered Marketer at The Chartered Institute of Marketing in London, UK.  He is also a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM). Brandon currently serves in the position of Executive Director of HR Employee Relations, Internal Communication and Marketing at The Atlantis, Paradise Island, Bahamas.  

Attended Felician College and Chicago State University, both in Chicago Illinois. He has more than 25 years’ experience as an entrepreneur and risk management. Een has served as director on several boards and is the past Chairman of Nassau Flight Services Ltd. He currently serves as Director of Transfinance Ltd. and is the Chairman of Renew Bahamas Limited.

K. Melvin Munroe is an Attorney-At-Law. He obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Law and Criminal Justice from the Bahamas Baptist Community College, a Bachelors of Law (LL.B) with Hons. from the University of the West Indies and a Legal Education Certificate from the Eugene Dupuch  Law School. 

K. Melvin Munroe served in the Public Service for 22 years. He is currently the Principal of Themis Law Chambers and specializes in criminal and civil law. He also serves as a Director on several Government Boards. 

Commercial Diplomat and is Founder and Principal of Sumner Strategic Partners.  He has over 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur, private sector strategist, business development advisor, investment and financial advisor and corporate director having served on numerous boards and committees in the Bahamas. He is a Justice of the Peace and is the Honorary Consul for the Republic of Namibia in the Bahamas.

Accountant and serves as the Fund Administrator of the Fund. She has a broad range of experience in accounting and finance and serves on numerous Boards and committees in the Bahamas.
